This project, located on Stubbs Road, is a penthouse designed for a three-person family. The overall concept is inspired by modern French style, characterized by a warm, bright, and clean color palette with subtle black trim accents for contrast and sophistication. The interiors balance elegance with comfort, creating a welcoming and refined living environment.

A standout feature of the penthouse is the semi-curved staircase, which acts as a striking focal point and enhances the architectural flow of the space. Thoughtfully designed details—from the choice of materials to the arrangement of furniture—ensure that the home feels both stylish and livable, reflecting the family’s taste and lifestyle preferences.

Bedroom Design
This bedroom design embraces a modern and refined aesthetic, balancing functionality with subtle luxury. The space is thoughtfully zoned, with the bed as the central anchor, complemented by a sleek glass-enclosed wardrobe that introduces both depth and a sense of openness. A standout feature is the curved cane screen divider, which softly partitions the sleeping area from the study corner, adding texture and a warm organic element against the clean architectural lines. The study nook is framed by a dark wood built-in shelving wall, paired with a marble-clad desk that enhances sophistication while creating a natural focal point.

Bathroom Design
This bathroom showcases a luxurious modern aesthetic, defined by full-height white marble walls with dramatic veining that create a seamless and refined backdrop. A floating vanity in rich dark wood anchors the space, topped with a marble counter and twin basins accented by brushed gold fixtures, adding a touch of understated opulence. The layout is streamlined yet functional: a curved wall with built-in shelving provides subtle storage while softening the geometry of the room. The patterned stone flooring introduces visual interest and contrast without overpowering the marble surfaces.
